You can now choose which calculation methodology is used for calculating your HRV in Sonar - RMSSD or SDNN - by navigating to the Profile tab, tapping on Personalize, and selecting HRV Method. Regardless of which method you choose, Sonar will prioritize HRV values measured during sleep — a naturally stable period that minimizes external influences — to assess your daily recovery.
