Would be helpful if we can share comprehensive health data with people we choose. Current apple health implementation shows very high level data that may not be useful for real time monitoring

Include detailed information about sleep stages, HR, HRV, spO2, apnea, etc. throughout the night and allow for retrospective evaluation of individual sleep sessions and tracking of various stages and other sleep metrics over time.

Instead of just having “trends”, which are definitely useful, allow for the ability to monitor metrics like HR, HRV, spO2, stress, body battery, throughout the day both in real time and retrospectively

Use HR and motion data from Apple Watch to detect start and stop of exercise and predict what type of exercise it was.

Have y'all ever considered allowing Sonar to write workout data to Apple Health?

Headline metric dashboard icons colour coded by progress and/or risk factors

Will the app be also supporting body measurements tracking in the future?
