Would love to see a training readiness score that takes into account your recovery, load, energy bank, vitals, and stress. Would also be nice to have an hours to recovery number similar to what Garmin has and I think Livity has this now as well.

Ability to add blood test results for a more advanced outlook on vitamins, testosterone, cholesterol, etc.

Please add the ability to record and track body measurements in the app, such as waist, hips, neck, chest, arms, thighs, and other body measurements. This would be especially useful during weight loss, when users may want to track body measurement trends in addition to weight. If Sonar could store and show these measurements and trends, it would reduce the need to use separate body measurement tracking apps, since all health and body progress data could be tracked in one place.

It would be useful if Sonar could automatically calculate BMI when the required data is available, such as height and weight and etc. I tried to get this metric from other apps, but I couldn’t make it work. I could not find BMI as a separate metric in Health Connect. Withings shows BMI, but it does not seem to sync this value. I also have MyNetDiary, but it syncs through Health Connect as well.

Calculate vo2 max estimate in app using different data points from different sources

Please add the activity time, in addition to the date, to the activity list in the Activity section. It could also be made configurable, so users can choose whether to show or hide the time. This would be useful when there are many short activities on the same day. In that case, it can be difficult to identify a specific activity from the list without seeing the exact time.

This app lets you pretty much use any CGM out there. Would be nice to have constant monitoring throughout the day.

Since this app does not have a food tracker, it would be good to have an integration with an app called HealthifyMe. It is a comprehensive app that tracks all food in a very detailed manner. Especially good for India users as their food is very different

Add Training Load Metrics (TSB, CTL & ATL) to activity section. Then, you could check to see if these correlate with other metrics that are already in Sonar (e.g., HRV, sleep metrics, etc.)

Currently Sonar only allows to record mmol/L while outside of the US, most use mg/dL. Add the ability to change metrics for Glucose readings
