Hevy is a workout tracker with public workout visibility and lift comparisons. I personally find these features fun and motivating. A hevy integration would be great, to see the lift, volume etc. also in Sonar.

Agreed, this is the best workout tracker. I use it, would be super helpful to have it with Sonar.

Also, if you can bring all information about workout for each muscle and then give your analysis on how to proceed.
We set a goal for ourselves and than Sonar can analyze whether we are moving towards it or not.
Also, monitoring heart rate during that and show us which zone we were during workout.
Long term fatigue risk notification would also help.
