Ability to choose if less or more is good or bad

If I drank yesterday 2 glasses of alcohol, and today 6, as it's pure numbers, the application tells me increase of 200% and put it in green telling me it's good. We should have to decide what is better and worse, depending the category. Same thing for Calories. First day, I eat 1500 Cals, and then the day after, I'll eat 3000 Cals, which is way too much, but still the app tells me it's good increase (put it in green) because that's number and 3000 is higher than 1500.

Yes this is a good flag. We do have special handling like this for a variety of metrics in the app. For example, if resting heart rate increases it is shown as red rather than green. Same applies for Stress, and several others. However, we've only done this in cases where an increase can be viewed as negative with high confidence.
Reflecting on your message, I think we'll do the same for Alcohol. As for Calories Consumed, that one's a bit trickier and we'll give some thought to it

Byron Let the user choose. 'Cause he might need to eat more Calories, or less.
