Partial synchronization

I am also experiencing the same issue. Repeated refreshes and syncs do not correct the issue and sometimes make it worse. It has happened sporadically before but the last 2 days in a row there have been issues. For instance, shows my sleep at 5 hours, 43 minutes when Apple Health shows 9 hours, 47 minutes.

Becky: First just to confirm: have you checked that your sleep data and workout data sources are prioritized the same way on Sonar as they are in Apple Health? (I included instructions in the below message).
If so, can you please try removing Apple Health from your Sonar account (navigate to the Synced tab, tap on Apple Health, and select 'remove'). Then please delete Sonar, reinstall it, and log back in and re-sync Apple Health.
While Apple Health is syncing for the first time, please keep Sonar open on your phone screen for 1-2 minutes depending on how much data you have (until the progress bar disappears). Background syncing will come into play moving forward once the first sync has successfully loaded all data into the app's cache.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, would you mind sending some logs for our team to investigate? To do this, just navigate to the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom, and tap 3x quickly on "Version." This will reveal a "send logs" button. Thanks!

Thanks for reporting this, there must be an unexpected edge case happening here that we'd love to track down.
One thing to confirm with you: have you confirmed that your sleep and workout data sources are prioritized the same way on Sonar as they are in Apple Health?
To adjust your prioritization, go to the Synced tab on Sonar, tap on Apple Health > Customize > Sleep / Workout data sources.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, would you mind sending some logs for our team to investigate? To do this, just navigate to the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom, and tap 3x quickly on "Version." This will reveal a "send logs" button.
And do you mind clarifying what sort of issue you're seeing? For example, is there a certain metric like "steps" or "distance" that has the wrong data, or there's no data whatsoever?
Thanks for your help!
