I have synced my Cronometer app where I have set my nutritional targets - I’m a Performance Nutrition MSc - but the Sonar targets don’t reflect them. E.g. daily protein at 56 g for a 100 kg body 😂… I’m eating 250 grams per day, and while this doesn’t seem to have affected my score, my wife eating the same grams per kg has a lower score and it’s highlighted overeating protein as one of the targets.
Additionally, my daily calories are recommended as 2500 kCal, despite my daily energy expenditure being around 4000 (which should be pulled from Cronometer).
