Calories too high in sonar (Health Connect data)
Simon B.
Unfortunately, Health Connect doesn't work as it should yet. I have therefore built a sync crutch in which I have the nutritional data written from Yazio to Fitbit then via the Health Sync app from Fitbit to Health Connect and various apps can pull the data there.
The problem is that all apps read the data correctly except Sonar. Too many calories are always displayed here.

Thanks for the advice and sorry for the inconvenience! It's a pretty nested sync chain, so it would really help our team to look at a few logs to find out where calorie counts are getting out of hand.
Would you send our team a few logs so we can look into this? To do this, simply go to the profile tab, scroll all the way down and tap “Version” 3 times quickly. A “Send Logs” button appears as a result.

Logs have been sent.
Yes, unfortunately, there is no other way because many apps do not write properly to Health Connect. For me, the data primarily comes from Fitbit and Yazio.

Simon B.: Hi,
Thanks for reporting! We're looking at this right now. Since the data runs across several stations (Yazio → Fitbit → Health Sync → Health Connect → Sonar), it would be of great help to us to know: What calorie value do you see directly in Yazio for the day in question? A screenshot of this would best help us to narrow down where the difference occurs.
Just as a side note: Sonar now also has direct Fitbit integration. This could save you the intermediate steps via Health Sync and Health Connect, which often avoids such discrepancies out of the box. You can find them under the Synced tab in Sonar.

I will now try again via Fitbit as an integration for all data. However, I had the problem at the beginning that no nutritional data was transferred here.

I've now switched it exclusively to data from Fitbit for several hours. However, there are no dietary problems with sonar.
