the body temperature metric has data when you click into it but the trend or daily view of it is 0 not showing a temperature or difference... it has not worked since I got the app about 4 or 5 days ago... yall are awesome hoping you can take a quick look as to why its not translating over when data is present in the app... I am on andriod using a galaxy s24 plus, my devices are balance 2 by amazfit and helio core strap worn on the bicep by amazfit...

Hi Andrew Unger , thanks for the detailed report!
The Vital Trends card only reflects about the last 30 days, while the detailed chart falls back to the most recent readings it has when there's nothing newer. The data on your chart is from February, so the card reads 0 because nothing recent is coming through.
To confirm, could you check whether you're seeing recent body temperature values in the app you sync from? A screenshot would help us see whether the data exists on their side and pin down where it's dropping.

Conrado Franceschi you are correct I missed that looks like that was back when I was using a hume band but found out there device the hume band was garbage so I switched to amazfit balance 2 and the helio core strap worn on the bicep...
Is there anyway to get the zepp cloud to report the temperature? or can I get it to go through health connect? according to AI zepp is blocking this as proprietary? is this true?
Conrado Franceschi
Thanks for the extra detail, Andrew, that helps.
You're right that this one's on Zepp's side. The Helio Strap does record temperature, but Zepp doesn't share it out to third parties, not through their API and not through Health Connect. Those routes are the only way the data could reach us, so there's nothing on our end to flip on to pull it in.
The good news is Zepp has been gradually opening up access over time (HRV is a recent example), so we're hopeful temperature follows. We'll pull it in as soon as they make it available.

Conrado Franceschi what about a screen shot import function where you can take a screen shot and then submit that to in input AI on your app that will then imports data over that month or weekly or daily etc. Could be a way to fill gaps as different companies restrict certain elements... this feature could be used in a variety of ways... such as Strength training data import to analyze strain at the individual muscle group... any way thank so much.

Andrew Unger: Love this idea, thanks for suggesting it. It's on our roadmap, no promises on timing yet, but I'll make sure it's logged. 🙂
