Data not syncing with Garmin App correctly

I connected my Garmin app and it synced fine, then I realised that app was bringing Apple Health data that was synced with my Garmin watch, so I decided to delete the Sonar app, but the next day I decided I could get over this by just using Garmin data but the issue I now have is that it synced the first days data, but won’t bring in any data after that.

Donald Harvey Thanks for reporting this. Do you mind giving things another try? Some context on what happened here:
Sonar has been experiencing a sharp surge in sign-ups lately, with thousands of users per day syncing multiple devices at once. Combined with the fact that Sonar tries to backfill your entire historical data on first sync (most apps limit it to 30 days for simplicity), this put real pressure on provider APIs. Garmin in particular began enforcing stricter rate limits, which was compounded by a system issue on their end over the holidays. The result was delayed or inconsistent updates for many users.
To stabilize things, we reduced the initial backfill period, and rolled out further improvements in parallel with Garmin’s team last week. There is one final update to the Garmin syncing process coming this Wednesday which will increase syncing speeds even further.
