Cool down Workouts from Peloton are missing
Ben Somorin
I’m currently trialling the pro version and I really like the service especially the web interface, but I'm finding a few of my activities frequently go missing. especially in Peloton. I wear a polar loop 24/7 and i use an Apple watch Ultra when working out on the Peloton. Peloton is also synced in the app. I typically do a workout and a cooldown, anywhere from 5-10 minutes. The workouts get tracked but the cooldown almost never do, i think in 5 workouts its only tracked one cooldown session. I'm also testing Bevel and that never misses . Please note in every instance the cool down is registered in Apple Health, even Polar Flow registers the cool down but combines it with the main workout. Peloton is prioritized higher than Polar as a data source and like I mentioned it does capture the main workout correctly and its getting it from Peloton, i just don't understand why it skips the cool down that comes right after. Any ideas? yes I have rebooted, resynced, changed data source priorities, etc.

Hi there,
Since you've already tried the usual suspects (reboot, resync, data source priorities), the most useful next step is to get logs and a couple of screenshots over to the team:
For logs: navigate to the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom, and tap 3x quickly on "Version." That'll reveal a "send logs" button. 🙂
For screenshots, if you're open to it: we'd love to see both the main workout and its cooldown as they appear in your workout list (so ideally we'd see the main one that came through alongside the cooldown that didn't). If you can also grab how that same pair appears in Apple Health or in Peloton itself, even better. That gives the engineer a clean cross-check against what we ingested.
Once those come in I'll get them straight to the team.
