Paul Allen: Do you mind sending us some logs and we'll have an engineer investigate first thing tomorrow? To do this, just navigate to the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom, and tap 3x quickly on "Version." This will reveal a "send logs" button.

Paul Allen Quick update: we've confirmed it's an issue on Withings' end and have reached out to their team. Should be a quick fix once they're able to get to it - hopefully within the next week or so.
