A couple of quick questions to help us track it down:

Is this still happening now, or did the run eventually show up after a sync? If it's still missing, would you mind sending us logs? Just navigate to the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom, and tap 3x quickly on "Version." That'll reveal a "send logs" button.

Once those come in I'll pass everything to the team.
